Jobs Home Page
Click on the link to the job you want to work on. This will take you to your job home. This page will display all of the details for the job/issue you are currently working on.
Icons on the upper left of the page.
Home: This will take you back to the “home” and show all of the jobs currently in house.
Administration: This will list the the current users and privileges and show the Smart Review Annotation Stamps.
Icons on the upper right of the page.
User – The current user name is underlined.
? – Online help guide.
X – Logs the user out of Insite.
Tabs along the top of the page.
Summary: This page will show an overview of the job currently in progress. You can also upload files, view thumbnails and review pages in Smart Review.
Pages: This will show thumbnails in different ways (by gallery, list or page). You can also approve and reject pages here. NOTE: We recommend that you preview the files using “Smart Review.” The pages appear much bigger and more features are available.
Downloads: This will give access to high resolution downloads of post-ripped PDF files (contact Customer Service Representative to enable this feature).
History: Will show the processing history of the job including errors, font problems and low resolution image warnings.
