Approve and Reject
We want customers to simply approve and reject pages. We don’t want customers annotating, leaving notes or setting pages to be reviewed because we won’t read these notes or annotations. If a page has a problem, don’t leave a note or annotate. Simply fix the problem page and re-upload and approve.
NOTE: You may use the annotation and note features internally for your benefit with your staff, but our Service Bureau staff and Customer Service will not read these notes and annotations. If there is a critical problem you must call or e-mail your Customer Service Representative. Again, we want you to reject or approve pages, that’s all.

Reject: Click on the Red “X” to reject a page. Please do not use the “Set Page to be Reviewed” or the “Request Corrections” features. We want you to simply Reject the page. Do not enter any comments either. Click OK when finished. Once a page has been rejected, please fix the page and upload a new version with a new name and approve.

Approve: Click on the green “4″ to approve a page. Please do not use the “Set Page to be Reviewed” feature. We want you to simply Approve the page. Do not enter any comments either. Click OK when finished.

Thumbnails can be used in a variety of ways. They are color coded to show the approval/rejection status of a page. You can also click on them to open Smart Review. You can also obtain information about the page by clicking on the “I” icon.

Click on the “i” icon on the bottom left of the thumbnail to provide information about that particular page.
